Rodrigo has over 20 years of experience in strategic positions as General Manager, Operations, Production Control and Logistics, Purchasing, and as an expert consultant in manufacturing processes, developing and stimulating human talent in multinational companies such as Autoliv, Fiberweb, Siemens, ZF, Hitachi, Valeo, Novem, Crown, Grammer, Honda, Hella, Yanfeng and BWI.
Rodrigo is passionate about optimizing production processes: industrial, automotive, agricultural and food industry. He accomplishes this by ensuring that the work team can execute productive activities efficiently and safely; implementing visual management for daily, weekly and monthly KPI and KRI monitoring and compliance; and improving flow by connecting different processes, thus reducing and eliminating various WASTES. He is also an expert in SAP for production, materials and planning.
Rodrigo is from Mexico City, he studied Mechanical Engineering and Administration at Tecnológico de Monterrey where he also completed a specialty in Finance. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, based in Madrid, Spain, where he also obtained a specialization in General Management. Likewise, he has a specialty in Supply Chain Management obtained from Växjö Universitet in Sweden.

Sergio brings 25 years of experience as a trusted business excellence consultant, specializing in Competitiveness, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Process Management & Improvement, and Change Management.
He has collaborated with leading organizations in both the manufacturing and service sectors, recognized for their market leadership and strategic importance: a) Grupo Vitro – Served as Total Quality Manager, overseeing the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems, as well as the Total Loss Control System (safety and health). b) PROSA – Latin America's largest electronic transactions company, where he worked as Total Quality Manager. He later became Manager of PROCLIENTE, the Centralized Contact Center for Mexico's national banking system.
Originally from Mexico City, Sergio earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where he also completed a specialization in Efficient Use of Electrical Energy. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, Spain, along with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
Sergio is a certified business coach by Emprendedor Growth Model (Miami, Florida, USA). He also serves as a senior evaluator for the National Quality Award of Mexico and the Ibero-American Quality Award, and as a jury member for the National CX/EX Quality Award, sponsored by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices.

Eduardo has a professional career spanning more than 47 years in executive positions across Human Resources, Labor Contracts (unions), Compensation, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Human Development, and Employee Services within multinational corporations in the private sector—including construction, automotive, textile, and consumer goods—as well as in the public sector, specifically in education. In 2000, he received the State of Querétaro Award for "Best Human Resources Manager" in recognition of his contribution and impact on talent development.
He has international experience delivering training programs on leadership, assertive communication, and generational connection/disconnection in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. From 2020 to 2022, he led leadership change initiatives at the Ministry of Health of the State of Querétaro, working directly with the Secretary of Health and with hospital and clinic directors throughout the state.
Eduardo was born in Mexico City. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds a diploma in Human Development from Universidad Iberoamericana. He has taught courses in Human Resources Management and Business Ethics at Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro and Universidad Anáhuac, Querétaro Campus. Pilar is a leader in Organizational Development with over 30 years of experience. She has focused on cultural transformation, change management, and accelerated learning in the Information Technology sector. She has designed and implemented High Performance Culture (HPC, known as CAR in Spanish) programs that enable organizations to achieve faster, better, and more sustainable results.
From 2016 to 2025, Pilar served as Director of Organizational Development and later as Senior Director of People Solutions at Concentrix, where she led initiatives that strengthened organizational capability and leadership development. Her work was recognized with the President's Club, Pioneer Recognition, and Above and Beyond awards.
Earlier in her career, Pilar built a distinguished academic trajectory. For 25 years, she was a professor in the Engineering Department at ITESM, Chihuahua Campus, where she received the Best Professor award five times and the Engineering Award twice for her innovative application of learning strategies in industry. She holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering in Food Processing (ITESM, Guaymas Campus), a Master's in Educational Mathematics, and a PhD in Educational Innovation (ITESM), all earned with honors.

Her purpose has always been to make processes simpler, provide clear and compliant solutions, and build trust at every stage—from planning to global operations. Her career has been shaped through collaborations with multinational companies around the world such as Nexteer, ZF, Autoliv, Sandler and Travis, Innotec, Harman, PUREM, Hortícola Cimarrón, ZKW, Ginho, BWI, and Euroquip. She has led key projects in different cities and countries, focusing on integration, process automation, leveraging available government programs, reducing risks, and creating greater peace of mind for international trade operations. She has been honored with recognitions such as Employee of the Year, Best National Buyer, and the State Award for Best Customs Compliance Practices.
Originally from Tamaulipas and based in Querétaro since 1994, Lucía holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing specialty from the Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro, a Master's degree in Finance from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, and complementary training in trade, international treaties, and supply chain security from several institutions.
